Head of Property Management
David Gardiner
David joined OPLM in November 2021 as their Head of Property Management.
Immediately prior to this, he spent 14 years as a director running JLL’s central London property management team, responsible for key instructions such as 22 Bishopsgate and The Crown Estate’s holdings in Central London.
With nearly 40 years’ experience in London real estate, David is a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
He is a member of the RICS Service Charge Group and has co-authored guidance notes for RICS on Commercial Property Management and Managing Licences to Alter.
David aspires to be a master antique restorer and is slowly working his way up the ladder, although he is currently only on the first rung!
