Old Park Lane Management (OPLM) is an investment and development company, mainly focused in Central London.
Since its establishment in 1995, the portfolio has grown to 14 properties and over 1.5 million sq ft of, predominantly, office accommodation.
Our purpose is; 'Working in partnership with our customers to generate long term value by creating market leading, sustainable places to work and live'.
In order to deliver our purpose we take an active approach to Environmental, Social and Governance. The latest examples being; the 20/22 Ropemaker scheme in the City, to be followed by the redevelopment of 7 Millbank London.
We are delighted to report we have recently joined Westminster's Sustainable City Charter and look forward to working with WCC, amongst others.
