LSQ
In 2016 we completed the redevelopment of LSQ, an asset occupying the entire western side of the West End’s iconic Leicester Square.
At the time, the scheme was the largest façade (1920’s Portland Stone) retention project in Europe.
The development comprises c.94,000 sq ft of prime Grade A office space (BREEAM “Excellent”) and c.30,000 sq ft of prime retail space.
