7 Millbank


With planning approval received in early 2022, we anticipate commencing the redevelopment of 7 Millbank in mid 2022.

Adjoining another property in the portfolio, 4 Millbank, this project of c. 130,000 sq ft offices is spread over eight floors and will be our first net carbon neutral-in-use development.

The existing building’s period façade will be dismantled, restored and rebuilt, with accommodation to provide occupiers with high standards of wellness, flexibility and energy efficiency.

Terraces on the 6th, 7th and 8th floors will provide amenity and enhance urban greening, aiming to create a building which will be highly sustainable in the long term.
