We have delivered practical completion of our BREEAM Outstanding (2018), WELL Platinum, 20-22 Ropemaker project, which in turn has enabled us to complete the lettings to both Linklaters and Pension Insurance Corporation, totalling 430,000sqft of offices. That leaves two retail/restaurant units to lease (one of which is under offer) and 5,000sqft of SME space to be launched in the next couple of months through Farebrother.
All of us at OPLM are immensely proud of the building we have delivered as well as achieving the rare feat of a fully pre-let office building.
