Investor and developer Old Park Lane Management Limited (OPLM) has hired Sam Crusz as a development manager from project management firm Opera, where she was an associate for 11 months.

Crusz previously worked for five years at consultancy G&T (Gardiner & Theobald) on projects in central London and internationally for a range of clients including British Land and The Crown Estate.

OPLM, which has more than 1.5 million sq ft of central London assets, said it was focusing on completing a growing development pipeline.

OPLM head of development Stuart Bodman said: “As OPLM continues into this next phase of expansion and faces some key milestones across our projects, we are excited to be deepening our development resources and welcoming Sam to the team."

“Sam brings a wealth of experience to the role, and we are looking forward to working with her to continue to create sustainable, best-in-class buildings for our customers” he added.

Crusz said: “I am proud to become part of the OPLM team. I’m joining at an exciting time for the company and I’m really looking forward to taking up my role in the delivery of the impressive future pipeline.”

OPLM’s development pipeline includes 20 & 22 Ropemaker, a 450,000 sq ft office and retail development in the City of London due for completion next summer, and the redevelopment of the 125,000 sq ft 7 Millbank in Westminster, which is due to start this autumn.
