Old park lane management

We are delighted to announce that OPLM has exchanged a conditional agreement for lease with Arini Capital Management Limited to lease the whole of 25/27 St George Street, London W1.

OPLM is creating 40,000 sq ft of newly refurbished, best in class offices in partnership with our contractor, Knight Harwood. Completion is scheduled for end Q1 2027.
