We have reached a major milestone at 20 & 22 Ropemaker with the building officially reaching its full height.
It was great to celebrate the topping out, together with CO—RE, Skanska, Make, Linklaters and the whole team on Thursday 13 October.
The 110m-tall tower, targeting BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and WELL Platinum, will soon become home to international law firm Linklaters. 20-22 Ropemaker also offers 10,000 sq ft of premium retail space and five large external roof terraces with great views across the City.
There is now 65,000 sq ft of highly flexible office space remaining on the top floors of the building with terrace space in excess of 10,000 sq ft and its own entrance, with completion due in Q3 2023.
